For preparing the food, you will need 2 kilograms of lasagna noodles, no fat cheese or the ricotta cheese of one and half cups, spaghetti sauce of about 740 grams but you will have to make sure this is free from mushrooms or meat. Also include mozzarella cheese of 1/4 kilogram and provolone cheese of 1/4 kilogram. For preparing the dish, first the noodles will have to be drained and rinsed. You will need to grate the cheese and mix them. You will need to take olive oil and then need to spread the noodles with the spaghetti sauce. Then you will have to sprinkle the cheese over them and repeat the same process once again. Now you can set the oven at 350 degree and can bake the noodles until they are turning brown. It will take almost 45 minutes.

Sweet Potato Pie can be another healthy recipe to avoid Gout symptoms. For this, you will need 1 unbaked piecrust, egg whites of 3 eggs, sugar of ¾ cup, 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon, 1/2 tablespoon of salt and ginger, 1/4 tablespoon of ground cloves, 1/8 tablespoon of allspice mix, sweet potatoes of 2 cups, and 1 cup milk preferably skimmed. For preparing the dish, you can preheat the oven at 425 degrees. You need to put all the ingredients except the piecrust and mix them on the grinder. Now put them all in the piecrust and bake the pie for 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Then lower the temperature to 350 degrees and then again bake for another 45 minutes. Test it with a toothpick to see whether it is perfectly cooked. Then remove the pie and let it cool for at least four hours in refrigerator. These simple to make home remedies can help avoid Gout symptoms.
