Lemon juice with honey is considered to be one of the simplest and common juices when one takes fasting therapy. One should take to drinking plenty of potable water during fasting. It is advised that one should consume at least two to three litres of water during the fasting therapy.

Noni too has proven to be an effective cure in the treatment of Gout. The neutraceutical enzymes present in Noni has a direct effect on the Xanthine Oxidase enzymes which are present in Gout. Noni juice consumed twice daily (two to three ounces) provides relief to arthritic joints from pain.  One can find prolonged relief over a longer period of time when consuming the Noni juice for four to five months at a stretch.

Acai, a purple berry that grows on palm trees, is also found to be effective in the treatment of Gout. As it is rich in flavonoids, it gives relief to the inflammation in the joints.

An apple eaten raw or taken in juice form also increase the immunity of the body against Gout. The malic present in apple neutralises the effect of uric acid which is main cause of Gout.

Lime juice which is rich in Vitamin C is also effective in the treatment of Gout. The citric acid present in lime tends to dissolves the uric acid. A glass of lime juice mixed with honey can reduce the pain and inflammation in the sore joints and boost the immunity of the body.

French bean juice is another treatment you may wish to try out. French beans, ground along with 150 ml of water and consumed twice a day for a month will bring relief to the inflammation in the joints.

Other juices like carrot, cucumber, beetroot and potato are effective as well. Mix together 50 ml of beetroot with 50 ml of cucumber and 300 ml of carrot juice. This has proven to reduce pain in the arthritic joints. Potato juice by itself has also proved to be effective in the cure of Gout. Orange juice is rich in Vitamin C and potassium and is proven to be effective in treatment of Gout.
